Taking these medicines together may increase the risk of damage to your kidneys.

If your doctor prescribes these medicines together, you may need to have kidney tests more frequently. Be sure to keep all laboratory appointments and let your doctor know if you notice a change in amount of urine you are making.Contact your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) as soon as possible about taking these two medicines together. They may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it. Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicine before checking with them first.
