Who should not take Pazopanib 200 Mg Tablet Antineoplastic - Protein-Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors?

The following conditions are contraindicated with this drug. Check with your physician if you have any of the following:

  • pancreatitis
  • thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura
  • a type of blood disorder
  • a hemorrhage in the brain
  • acute thromboembolic stroke
  • lung tissue problem
  • a rupture in the wall of the stomach or intestine
  • pregnancy
  • impaired wound healing
  • elevation of proteins in the urine
  • recent operation
  • bleeding of the stomach or intestines
  • liver problems
  • a gastrointestinal tract fistula
  • bleeding
  • obstruction of a blood vessel by a blood clot
  • dissection of artery
  • abnormal EKG with QT changes from birth
  • left ventricular heart failure
  • torsades de pointes
  • a type of abnormal heart rhythm
  • a heart attack
  • significant uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • hemolytic uremic syndrome
  • a condition that affects the kidney and the blood
  • low amount of potassium in the blood
  • low amount of calcium in the blood
  • low amount of magnesium in the blood
  • a condition with low thyroid hormone levels
  • prolonged QT interval on EKG
  • a bad infection
  • damage to the liver and inflammation
  • high amount of bilirubin in the blood
  • a localized weakening and ballooning in an artery wall called an arterial aneurysm
  • abnormal liver function tests
  • a patient who is producing milk and breastfeeding
  • Child-Pugh class C liver impairment
