How the interaction occurs:
Both sparsentan and your pain medicine may decrease blood flow to your kidneys.
What might happen:
You may be at risk for kidney injury, especially if you are dehydrated, take diuretics, or have kidney disease or heart failure.
What you should do about this interaction:
