Who should not take Tobramycin Sulfate Solution?
The following conditions are contraindicated with this drug. Check with your physician if you have any of the following:
Conditions:
- diarrhea from an infection with Clostridium difficile bacteria
- disorder of nerve that controls hearing and balance
- low amount of calcium in the blood
- ringing in the ears
- decreased kidney function
- pregnancy
- low amount of magnesium in the blood
- dehydration
- myasthenia gravis
- a skeletal muscle disorder
- sensation of spinning or whirling
- food poisoning of infant
- a type of movement disorder called parkinsonism
- MT-RNR1 increased risk of aminoglycoside-induced hearing loss
Allergies:
- Aminoglycosides
