Ledipasvir-sofosbuvir may increase the amount of tenofovir that your body absorbs.

What might happen:

Taking ledipasvir-sofosbuvir with elvitegravir-cobicistat-tenofovir disoproxil-emtricitabine may increase the risk of damage to your kidneys.

What you should do about this interaction:

Make sure your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) know that you are taking these medicines together. Avoid taking other drugs that may affect your kidneys, including high doses or multiple anti-inflammatory pain medicines (e.g., ibuprofen, naproxen).Your healthcare professionals may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it. Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicine before checking with them first.
