Who should not take Prenatal Vit No.124-Iron-FA Tablet?

The following conditions are contraindicated with this drug. Check with your physician if you have any of the following:

Conditions:

  • diarrhea
  • decreased kidney function
  • sarcoidosis
  • dehydration
  • constipation
  • increased activity of the parathyroid gland
  • high amount of calcium in the blood
  • kidney stones
  • tumor that dissolves bone
  • low amount of potassium in the blood
  • inflammation of the stomach called atrophic gastritis
  • Leber's hereditary optic atrophy
  • high amount of phosphate in the blood
  • excessive amount of vitamin D in the body
  • excess body acid
  • a condition where the adrenal glands produce less hormones called Addison's disease
  • familial hyperkalemic periodic paralysis
  • Thomsen disease
  • severe heart block
  • stomach or intestinal ulcer
  • blockage of the stomach or intestine
  • severe burn
  • problems with food passing through the esophagus
  • high levels of potassium in the blood
  • a high amount of chloride in the blood
  • complete heart block
  • stomach muscle paralysis and decreased function
  • inflammation of the epiglottis
  • cessation of urine production
  • blockage of the esophagus
