What might happen:
The amount of tacrolimus in your blood may decrease and it may not work as well. You may have a higher risk of developing kidney problems or diabetes and your body may have trouble healing wounds.If you take these medicines together after receiving a liver or lung transplant, your transplanted organ may be damaged.

If your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) believe that this combination of medicines is the best therapy for you, they will closely monitor you while you are taking these medicines. Let your doctor know right away if you have any changes in your condition or if you develop a wound that does not heal properly or as soon as expected.
