Who should not take Zymfentra 120 Mg/Ml Subcutaneous Syringe Kit?

The following conditions are contraindicated with this drug. Check with your physician if you have any of the following:

Conditions:

  • disseminated tuberculosis
  • a reduction in the body's resistance to infection
  • chronic hepatitis B
  • liver inflammation resulting from an abnormal immune response
  • inflammation of the liver called hepatitis
  • an infection by the bacteria Listeria monocytogenes
  • pneumonia caused by Legionella pneumophila bacteria
  • liver problems
  • resolved hepatitis B
  • hepatitis B
  • an increased risk of developing an uncommon viral infection called an opportunistic infection
  • sepsis
  • reactivation of hepatitis B infection
  • a yellowing of the eyes or skin from buildup of bilirubin called jaundice
  • reactivation of a past tuberculosis infection
  • seizures
  • an abscess
  • a condition with symptoms that resemble lupus
  • severe liver disease
  • severe heart failure
  • chronic heart failure
  • sudden blindness and pain upon moving the eye
  • Guillain-Barre syndrome
  • multiple sclerosis
  • low levels of a type of white blood cell called neutrophils
  • low levels of white blood cells
  • decreased blood platelets
  • a type of blood disorder with a decrease in all types of blood cells called pancytopenia
  • a bad infection
  • an infection by Pneumocystis carinii outside of the lungs
  • pneumonia with a fungus called Pneumocystis jirovecii
  • opportunistic fungal infection
  • candidiasis yeast infection that spreads throughout body
  • inactive tuberculosis
  • active tuberculosis
  • demyelinating disorder
  • hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma
  • malignant lymphoma
  • leukemia
  • cancer or malignancy
