  • Management or Monitoring Precaution: General-elderly are more susceptible to anemia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, fatigue, and hypertension. Renal-Follow renal function closely. Do not administer with CrCL < 45mL/minute as there is no dose recommendation.
