Symptoms may include unusual bleeding; bleeding from your gums; nosebleeds; unusual bruising; orange/red urine or dark/black stools; or new onset of headache, confusion, slurred speech, or vision.

What you should do about this interaction:

Make sure your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) know that you are taking these medicines together. Contact your doctor or seek medical help right away if you have unusual bleeding; bleeding from your gums; nosebleeds; unusual bruising; orange/red urine or dark/black stools; new onset of headache, confusion, slurred speech, or vision.Your healthcare professionals may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it.
