How the interaction occurs:
Lorlatinib may speed up how quickly your body processes dasabuvir, enzalutamide, fosphenytoin, paclitaxel, phenytoin, and warfarin.
What might happen:
The blood levels of your medicine may decrease, and it may not work as well.

Let your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) know that you are taking these medicines together.
