Who should not take Qm-260 Tablet?
The following conditions are contraindicated with this drug. Check with your physician if you have any of the following:
Conditions:
- low blood sugar
- hemolytic uremic syndrome
- a condition that affects the kidney and the blood
- myasthenia gravis
- a skeletal muscle disorder
- torsades de pointes
- a type of abnormal heart rhythm
- atrial flutter
- prolonged QT interval on EKG
- thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura
- a type of blood disorder
- liver problems
- a significant complication of malaria called blackwater fever
- decreased blood platelets
- sudden blindness and pain upon moving the eye
- atrial fibrillation
- slow heartbeat
- abnormal EKG with QT changes from birth
- severe liver disease
- anemia from pyruvate kinase and G6PD deficiencies
- low amount of potassium in the blood
- ringing in the ears
- glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency
- chronic kidney disease stage 4 (severe)
Allergies:
- Quinidine-Quinine Analogues (Cinchona Alkaloids)
