The amount of your cancer medicine in your blood may increase and cause more side effects than expected.

Let your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) know right away that you are taking these medicines together.Your doctor may want to change your other medicine or decrease the dose of your cancer medicine. Additional laboratory tests and monitoring may be needed if you are on this medicine combination.Seek medical attention right away if you have fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, confusion, shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat, dark urine, unusual tiredness, or muscle/joint pain.Your healthcare professionals may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it. Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicine before checking with them first.
