What might happen:
You may have a higher risk of an infection and bleeding while taking both medicines or if you received these medicines recently.
What you should do about this interaction:
Let your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) know right away that you are taking these medicines together or if you have taken any drugs that lower your blood counts or immune system in the last 5 weeks. Let your doctor know if you have any signs of an infection or signs or symptoms of bleeding.Your healthcare professionals may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it. Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicine before checking with them first.
