Who should not take Duloxetine 60 Mg Capsule,Delayed Release Sprinkle?

The following conditions are contraindicated with this drug. Check with your physician if you have any of the following:

Conditions:

  • hardening of the liver
  • Child-Pugh class C liver impairment
  • Child-Pugh class B liver impairment
  • Child-Pugh class A liver impairment
  • kidney disease with likely reduction in kidney function
  • chronic kidney disease stage 5 (failure)
  • chronic kidney disease stage 4 (severe)
  • risk of angle-closure glaucoma due to narrow angle of anterior chamber of eye
  • high blood sugar
  • an inability to completely empty the bladder
  • seizures
  • liver problems
  • chronic inflammation of the liver
  • hardening of the liver caused by alcohol
  • orthostatic hypotension
  • a form of low blood pressure
  • high blood pressure
  • closed angle glaucoma
  • serotonin syndrome
  • a type of disorder with high serotonin levels
  • alcohol use disorder
  • suicidal thoughts
  • manic-depression
  • a form of mania that has a lower severity of symptoms
  • manic behavior
  • an increased risk of bleeding
  • low amount of sodium in the blood
  • a disorder with excess antidiuretic hormone called syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone
  • the stomach and intestines to move food at a slower pace
  • abnormal sexual function
