Comment:
Using bee pollen in granuler form, adding a level tablespoon in a soy protien breakfast shake with light soy milk & 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt has raised my metabolism & energy while loosing 10 lbs. in 2 months. Adding a teaspoon of honey calms the wild flavor of the pollen and it tastes great.

Been using bee pollen to help lose weight and within 60 days have successfully lost 17 lbs. w/o changing much in my daily routine. Exercise is at a bare minimum however the pollen has certainly curbed my appetite, lessen my cravings and increased my metabolism. The only side effect that I have experienced is dry mouth, however keeping a regular intake of water everyday has offset that effect.
