for chronic pain in shoulders,both and both knees and her back,and also need surgery on r/knee and possible hip aswell,would an upgrade top5 :please explain what is the difference between a p-4and a p-5.

i have major injuries and it works well. ive been on it 3yrs and have no reactions to it. i function normally on it but if i go over the length of time between doses i have withdrawl symptoms so i follow doseage times very closely. i also take promethezine syrup to reduce nausea so the combination works well together
