I have been growing my hair out and have been taking a Nature's Blend supplement for about a year now. My Stylist recently commented that my (fine) hair has never felt thicker and looked this healthy before. I'm guessing the supplement is working. Careful taking this with a multivitamin at the same time of day. To much Niacin at one time may make you ichiy and red.
