pain scale of 7 on upper right back and right side of neck which was effecting my sleep have only ben taking once a day and have seen positive improvement. am pleased.

Chronic neck and back pain, taken in combination with tramadol and gabapentin. Everyone is different depending on condition but this is effective for me, a 4 year joint pain patient.
