    I am a 27 year old adult who is very picky - and I have drank two 1 liter bottles of Pedialyte in the past 48 hours due to intense nausea and vomiting. Within 15 minutes of drinking baby sips and putting little amounts under my tongue, I am able to keep only this down.     I have to use the pedialyte when I can't keep anything in my system due to Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome ad it is pretty much an oral IV for me but the taste is 100% GROSS I wish they would fix the taste of it to taste better!!! My Gastro Dr told me to try this for when I can't get to the ER for an IV and it does help to " reset" my system but I can't stand to drink it as the tast ... Show Full Comment

    I had severe stomach virus, vomitting and diarrhea. This was not started until the 3rd day due to being afraid of dehydration. My doctor recommended years ago.

    My 10 1/2 month old son had the runs and vomitting. I put him on a pedilyte diet with bananas, apples and toast. His symptoms cleared up within 2 days.
