I have insomnia and can't sleep without a sleeping pill. I'm also an addict so I'm not allowed any strong narcotics. Trazodone has worked very well for me. I've been taking it for over a year now. I started at 100mg and am now up to the max of 300mg/night. I will have to find another pill once this starts to become ineffective. But it puts me to sleep nicely and I don't feel an

I have been taking for several years now. I fall asleep quickly with no "hungover" feeling the next morning. Doctor prescribes 150 mg a night, but I only take 75 mg as needed (usually 4-5 nights a week). No terrible side effects. Works better if taken with a small snack.

For me, 15 to 30 mg of Mirtazapine worked great for years. I had to be off it for a while. I am now back on it and sleep quite well. I don't do as well as my wife who probably sleeps 10 hours most days and can fal

Did nothing for me except give me an immediate stuffy nose and a really dry mouth that no water would help. Doesn't exactly promote sleep. I still took an Ambien after two hours like I usually do and got 5 hours of sleep and then I took a Lunesta like I usually do at 4am and got another 2.5 and thatâ??s how I sleep. Starting out the night with this med just gave cold symptoms and made sle
