Had 3 UTI's in a row. Took Cipro, Citfen, and Cipro again. Developed acute Achilles tendonitis, burning and swelling in ankles and hands. This drug should be off the market.

Was NOT prepared for these side effects: headaches, nausea, constipation, dizziness, fatigue. At first I thought it was the UTI. But after 6 days of treatment, I realize its the drug. I am not some impressionable or irrationals person. These side effects are real & awful. There must be something better - ask your doctor!
