Currently taking these at 8 weeks pregnant! I get really nauseated and a upset stomach so I do have to take them at night

Its a prenatal pill, Im taking it while pregnant currently at 13 weeks so far everything is going great. No real side effects, i can take it with or without food i take mine with since i also take an iron supplement and folic acid. I usually eat fruit or a green smoothie with it in the morning so that the iron is absorbed through the help of vitamin c. No constipation problems.. as long as you get

My wife is 24 weeks and has just started taking Prenatal and has experienced very difficult bowel movements and has even produced large amounts of blood when having a bowel movement ...soo much blood that she compares it to her period ..Very scary situation.
