I have major depression and chronic fatigue and very high tryglicerides. My doctor put me on 150mg. of Co-Q10 and I am having all the negative side effects on the side effects page. I really feel terrible. Possibly a lower dosage is needed. I will contact my Doctor.

Taking lipitor and had pain when walking. After coq10 I can now walk without pain. Had to walk five or six steps to get loosened up before but now I don't.
