This was prescribed by my doctor with no sound evidence that I had mCRC. CT Scan and PET Scan showed lesions that were suspicious but not diagnostic. After three months of FolFiri + Avastin [my research tells me that Folfox4 is standard. Lost my hair which oncologist attributed to irinotecan. well just reporting back on Irinotecan and had a reaction to this drug as well-went into shock during treatment, second treatment, Looks like my body has built up a resistance to this drug as well. Right now on cancer blocker to stop the CEA counts from going higher. Next treatment unknown at this time just trying to stop the growth right now. Be careful and be aware of the reactions you can have

Many of the nonconsequential side effects have occured with me: hair loss, dizziness and instability while walking. Only occas. do I experience nausea but it is easisly relieved with oral dissolving tablets. I go to the doctor's office once a week and receive this drug thru the 'port' in my shoulder. I've been living with this cancer (that has now spread to my lung) for MANY years
