Mirtazapine 15mg has worked very well for my depression, have been on it about 1year, side effects , I have gained over 1stone which I can’t shift seems to be right around my middle , I have tried to reduce the dose but my depression returned very quickly , had to go back on them, has anyone come off mirtazapine successfully ?
