I tried this pill before lunch for 4 days . Did not help , actually made my stomach hurt worse and for a longer period of time . The side effects were pretty bad also ,severe dry mouth and throat , dried my sinuses out so bad that they were bleeding . Severe migraine headaches about day 2 . Dizziness when standing up . Overall fatigue and feeling worse than before the pills . Still had diarhhea af
