Iâ??ve only been taking 100 mg once a day for the last week. Almost an immediate improvement. Knee pain, inflammation & stiffness is gone. Lower back & ankle pain is gone. Easy to go up & down the steps, take longer walks & feel better overall.

Started taking 10 years ago. Started at 900mg/day total. Now I take 900mg 3x a day for a total of 2700 mg/day. Gave my life back. Had severe foot neuropathy. That and Voltaren gel 1% in AM and PM on my feet.
