    I had horrible pain that would just explode in my eye~without warning~it would only last a couple of seconds, but those few seconds were incapacitating! I took this for over 2 years and am now on Lumigan~which is ok, but the itching in my tear ducts and more hairs next to my tear ducts are a big problem for me!     While Latanaprost does decrease eye pressure, I have experienced the side effect of chronic redness of the eyelids and some redness of the sclera of the eye. It is unsighlty, looks to others as if I might have a chronic eye infection.
