Used since 1983 in various doses from 20 to 1- currently. Great for weight control and energy. Hair is better and attitute is positive. My current doctor is a bit conservative; but, I am now 71 years of age. Still skiing and have a desire to work usually. I am not overweight although my apetite has gone down since the new doctor lowered the dosage.

Having had very serious side effects of an underactive thyroid; I noticed the positive effects right away. I wasn't sweating as much, I seemed to be sleeping better, and I didn't seem to be as irritable.
