After reading the reviews I was hesitant on taking this medication BUT it worked great. I did have pretty bad headaches but that was the only symptom. I would prefer a headache over the UTI symptoms.

Horrible side affects,took pill as directed and by second day I was violently ill,vomiting, terrible headache,serious stomach cramps and diarrhea, had to stop meds, never ever take this again, dangerous med.

I was prescribed macrobid, for 7 days. on day 5 i developed dizziness, weakness, muscle and joint aches, sensitive skin, feels like I canâ??t take a full breath without my lungs feeling shaky, headaches, hot flashes. and the icing on the cake is that i STILL have uti dysuria and frequency so I will most likely need another antibiotic after this. Some people take this drugs with no side effect

This antibiotic is dangerous. After being prescribed it for a UTI, I became extremely Ill. It started the first night after my two daily dose. I woke with severe flu like symptoms that only progressed over the next few nights. Severe migraine, nausea, 101 to 102deg fever that felt like my body was going to explode and chills that caused severe shaking that I couldn't control. So very scary. I

This seems to be an dangerous drug. I took two doses and developed the worst migraine of my life with excruciating pain in my neck and head. 3 months later the effects are still lingering.
