I took the caps at about 10:00pm and lay down. I think I dozed off about 10:45 and began a pretty restless sleep I woke up a few times and by 1:30am, it was clear I was in for some pretty serious vomiting. Simultaneously I got severe diarrhea which has continued up to about 24 hours later. Also I feel super weak and disoriented, probably from the DXM. Anyway, would not try again. Careful with this
