I have been taking this for about 2 months and at first it upset my stomach but if you keep taking it does get better. I found that taking it at night was much better on my tummy. It has also helped with my labs and Hemoglobin has risen a point n Half so I will continue to take for another month to help raise it. I still got constipated and they told me to break it and sprinkle it over food, WRONG, it taste horrible, I would recommend taking something else. 9 months just to raise my hemoglobin 2 grams.
