Well the thought of getting sick kept me sober for 8 months. I misses one dose and was able to drink the next day. I thought it was supposed to last a few days or week. Guess not. Swish with Listerine everyday with no adverse reaction. So I'm not entirely sure if it works for me. But it did keep me sober for a while.

Experienced minor side effects but worth it! Be careful with certain foods, I had a balsamic vinegar salad dressing and it made me vomit almost immediately after ingesting. Also cream filled pastry with vanilla extract, that made me light headed and flushed, went away after 30 minutes. Be very careful what you put in your body.
