    This is the best long acting painkiller I've been on so far. Nothing else, and according to my doctor I have been on absolutely everything else, has worked this well with such little side effects. The dosing schedule was hard to work out at first, but after a year and a half, I've got it figured out. Also, the dosage has been really stable, with only one minor increase in 18 months. It' ...     started using this med today. Took 2 20mg in am. Became extremely drowsy, nauseous, kept pain level at a good comfortable level. Took 2 more pills in pm not as relieving as the am dose

    Just started a few days ago but seems to be working. Just started having my first real breakthrough pain and took my oxycodone. I think this may be THE one that works best for me. Expensive and hard to find though. After four drug stores(even the medical school hospital's pharmacy didn't have it. Walgreen does though!
