I have had Epilepsy for 5+ years now. I have been on Keppra for a while at a wide range of strength/dosage(small to large amounts). It has been quite helpful. It was first added as an additional drug - I have had 3 other drugs. It decreased and sometimes prevented the seizures. since my son has been on it he didnt have any more seizure till recently now he is having partial mal...doctor has increased his dosage twice in two weeks i am seeing some improvement in how many seizures he is having now

I have been taking this medication for six years and i have had no seizures and no real side affects the only bad thing is i have bad insurance where i work and have to pay full price for my meds. Also i mae just enough that i cannot goon to the patient assitance program anymore
