After taking one dose of this medication I felt like every tendon in my body was going to rupture. I was unable to walk. It was very frightening. Thankfully I only took one dose. If I had taken more I suspect I could have been permanently damaged. I was told that my reaction was extremely rare but that is apparently not the case. Do not take this drug!!

I had a sinus/ear infection that was treated in the past with other long term antibiotics and eventually, surgery. I needed this antibiotic about 2 months after surgery. It has really made an improvement. The best advice I can give is if you need to take this medication, take high potency Omega-3, multivitamins, eat bananas (or another source of potassium)and drink lots of water too. They helped me
