I have been having migraines and headaches every single day for the past 3 or so years(at least that is as long as I can remember having them). Previously I was taking Nortriptyline, but I ended up being allergic to it. Since I have been taking Topamax, I have been getting really dizzy, and I have been getting really bad headaches with sharp pain behind my eye. Hopefully it will start working soon

I suffered from debilitating Cluster Headaches for almost 20 years. Finally a physician recommended I try Topamax. I take one pill at night before bedtime to help offset any tiredness. After a month, I no longer suffered from Cluster (suicide) headaches. I'm grateful.

I had severe side effects, from random tingling in my hands and feet to horrible mental and cognitive function. The effects this drug had on my mental state will never outweigh any positive changes it had to my migraines. This drug made me feel like I was truly going crazy. Iâ??m very open with my l

I have been taking 50 mg 2x a day since 11/30/18. The first week a migraine put me in the ER. I am still suffering with the usual cluster headache and not finding much relief. I am not sure if this new drug is working or if I should continue trying it.
