I use two puffs in the nostrils morning and evening. It doesn't seem to last all day or night. In 3-4 hours, it seems that I need something else as the cough starts in again.

I understand ASTELIN is a great nasal drug for allergies, but it take quite awhile to relieve the simptoms, I mean, stuffy and running nose. No doubt in my mind it work, but you have to wait one or two days to see the results.

I have been using this spray for 5 years, and it is very effective in treating all my indoor and outdoor allergies HOWEVER it is completely INeffective against my biggest enemy- RAGWEED- doesn't even touch it. Have yet to find anything that does- allegra, allegra D, claritin, zyrtec...I've tried them all... ugh.. I am so miserable this time of year...
