Itchy, discolored, flaky, dry rash started during puberty, and got progressively worse. Started on neck thighs, moved to trunk, buttocks, arms, back, and everywhere except my face. I have had eczema for several years on the knuckle left hand and on my left and right 2nd toe. This cream has never gotten rid of it. Just made it look better for temporary.
