I was switched to this generic after being on Wellbutrin XL for several years with success. Within days, I experienced intense nausea, stomach cramping, dizziness, uncontrollable crying episodes and severe body aches. After 3 months on this drug, I opened up a new refill (manufactured by Teva) and within a couple of hours my symptoms came back worse than ever. It was a catastrophic kind of difference that could have had more serious consequences in a person whose condition is more severe than mine. Worked great initially. Dosage had to be increased after a couple of months. Then after several more months..... medicine was not sufficient any longer. May be just me that gets use to the drug too easily but should be aware these things happen even with great working initially.
