    I had tightness and spasms in my neck. I took it 4 mg once to three times a day. It made me quite drowsy. Stopped taking it during the day. It would put me to sleep at night easily, but three hours I would wake up.So while it helps you get to sleep it seems to disturb the sleep pattern. I developed a tenderness and occasional pain in liver area. Quit the stuff three days ago, no withdrawal so far. ... Show Full Comment

    I have arm and leg spasms at night. I now take two Zanaflex and one clonazepan before bed and am able to sleep. You can't wake me up for about three hours.

    I used it with Fibromyalgia. The pain was beyond my pain meds yet we didnt want to go anything strong for pain. So we did this. It's a God send. Yes make me tired 1st 2 hours & have to use Biotene a Dry mouth rinse to get rid of the super dry mouth that makes it so I cannot eat, but it doesnt last long.
