Due to side effects, this drug had to be reduce several times. I took this study drug daily with weekly Herceptin, plus other IV chemo drugs A C E. With the combination of all drugs it reduced the size of mass to the point mass was not seen on MRI in three months.

Comment:
It was consumed together with Capacitabine. First course of Lapatinib 4 weeks and Capacitabine 3 weeks worked well giving tremendous relief to pain and visible reduction in ailment. However, when it started for the second course, sudden sprout of bubbles all over the body especially on both hands and feet along with edema on hands made the doctor to stop it.
