    For a little while I was having a fluttering in my chest but it just went away one day. I'm having trouble with a lot of sinus drainage and I'm concerned it is a side effect of the Phentermine HCI. I have it every day. I hate to stop taking it because it gives me so much energy.     I lost 23 lbs in three weeks. I however gained 24 back after I got off the drug. Any suggestions on what I should do besides NOT EAT? Got dry mouth and lots of water...

    I good with the way I eat now. Im not eating as muuch as i used to eat. It's working fine for me. I do hate having the dry mouth, but Im drinking more water which is good. Its not all about taking a pill to make you feel good about yourself. working out helps alot also. I feel great.....

    Started taking phentermine hcl April 1st....today it's May 25th and I have lost 19 pounds.....I love it!!!! I do have dry mouth but at least I get my 8 glasses of water per day!!!!!

    I moved to another state,my weight before I moved was 145, gained about 60lb started taking Phentermine my cravings stopped for certain foods, feeling wonderful. The only thing is the dry mouth and drinking alot of water.
