I use for sinus problems. I suffered for years with infections. I use fresh leaf in drinking water, refill all day at end of day toss it. I have been doing for 18 months keeps swelling down and fight infections.

I suffered from psoriasis for 25 years and nothing ever helped me as much as the anamu natural pill i started taking 6 months ago. I noticed a huge difference within 2 months. I am very happy with this product.
