Do not take this drug until they develop a test to determine if you will have the bad side effects. After injection woke up in early morning hours vomiting and heaving hard enough to tear stitches in my esophagus from and exploratory procedure done two years ago. Thought I was dying. The day I had my 1st infusion , a half hour after headache and body aches . Took some Acetaminophen and had to keep taking through that day and evening. the second day was the worst I had all of those symptom's plus got the chills ,slept all day and had a fever. Also stomach hurts . Day 3 still have aches , mild headache and still tired . I can't rate its effectiveness just had it 3 days

I don't know about effectiveness, but this has been a very difficult drug for me to take. I usually do not have problems with med side effects but I won't take this medication again. I had my infusion 2 and a half weeks ago. I'm still tired, headachey and nauseated. I have no idea how long this will last, I hope I recover my former active, healthy life. Proceed with caution.

My doctor highly recommended reclast infusion. I looked up who shouldn't take it & I had 4 of the pre existing listed. Doctor knew but never informed me of the serious side effects.I believed her! It was done August 2020. Two weeks later,I started having serious problems.For the past 3 months reclast infusion has destroyed my health. I'm 60 yrs. old & my health has never been this

I don't know effectiveness yet had to give rating. I am 60. First reclast infusion Thursday 10:30 for osteoporosis of hip. Was given protocol to drink 60 ounces water a day and take 2 Tylenol 2x a day for the day before, day of and 2 days after. Infusion easy. Nurse did SLOW infusion...
