    I am extremely sensitive to flonase nasal spray, and I feel like I may be reacting similarly to symbocort. My eye seems to change sizes, eye lashes fell out, my voice is different, hearing loss, major weight loss, EXTREME anxiety and depression have developed, body hair, back blemishes.     Had what pulmonary physician called a "paradoxical" effect from Symbicort - I experienced a frighteningly serious asthmatic breathing episode from this drug - immediately stopped using. Switched to Qvar at dr's recommendation - had persistent pain in heart area. Threw them both out.     I was on Advair for several years and had virtually complete control of asthma symptoms. My insurance company regarded Symbicort to be a less-expensive equivalent and no longer covers Advair. For me it controls symptoms for maybe 6 hours (a dose is supposed to last 12 hrs). After 6 hours, any respiratory challenge, like walking up stairs or cold dry air, results in symptoms that leave me coughing ... Show Full Comment

    This product gave me mouth and throat Thrush very painful and over one month and still not cured. Would never use this again. Other inhaler has been used in the past for COPD and worked fine.
