My main problem at first was it's huge. i took it the first day and was horribly emotional, then I switched to Tandem DHA- it's a lot smaller and I didn't have any nasty side effects.

I took the vitamin right after dinner and went to bed 2 hours later. I had trouble sleeping (felt hyper and over anxious), had pains in my back and felt a lot of pressure in my chest and throat. I was awake all night in quite a bit of discomfort.

I was taking samples of Primacare, DuetDHA, CitricalDHA, and Prenate DHA. I wanted something with DHA and folic acid.
