Used 5g 6 days a week, when attending the gym, dissolved in water for 8 weeks. No adverse effects, though an increased thirst occurred - but it is directed to drink more anyway. An increase in muscle mass, strength and endurance was seen and I gained 15lbs in just over a month of usage.

I just started the treatment, with my doctor's permission, for the purpose of bulking up for entrance into the military in a few months. So far my experience has been satisfactory.
