    I've used this stuff many times on legs and arms, does very good, sometimes do twice. I got bad ivy on face, under chin, cheeks, one eye-lid and upper lip, I did it and it burned my cheeks bad, dried up good under chin, still red and sore on cheeks, very itchey, no blisters, just raw.

    My family was roasting hot dogs over an open fire at night and I sat indian style in what must have been a patch of poison oak. Severe irratation/ itching from waist down. Bought this very expensive creme out of despiration. Very difficult to work into paste, itching continues for almost 1hr then returns in about 3hrs. Tube does not go far and relief was minimal.     This product did not live up to its hype. It did not work in 30 seconds, more like 30 minutes, and lasted about 3 to 5 hours. I tried 3 applications as the itching returned then stopped due to irritation. I found it was about as effective as Calomine Lotion.

    Poison ivy rush. It does not help, an expansive, not ingredients from what it made,( I think it is backing soda), not affect, had to see doctor.

    After ride in the woods I had to pee not realizing I had brushed up against poison oak. Needless to say the location of my irritation was not pleasent. The it h was almost unbearable...and I found myself pouring extremely hot water over my privates many times a day (yes this does temporarily provide a relief to the itching) but I needed more.
